Education
1SG Lyttle is a graduate of Ferncourt High School in Jamaica, West Indies. After arriving in the United States, 1SG Lyttle earned his General Equivalency Diploma with the University of New York. He then went on to earn an Associate’s Degree with Jefferson Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Management with the University of Phoenix, and a Master’s in Business Administration with Columbia Southern University.
Experience
1SG Lyttle is in his eleventh year as an educator, his eight with Chickasaw High School. Prior to joining the Chickasaw High School staff, 1SG Lyttle taught JROTC at B.C. Rain High School. 1SG Lyttle also served as a Machinist/Welding Instructor for six years and as a Drill Sergeant for two years during his 23 years of military service in the United States Army.
Bio
1SG Lyttle was born in Jamaica and migrated to the United States in 1988. He enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1989 and retired in 2012, after completing 23 years of service and advancing to the rank of First Sergeant. 1SG Lyttle moved to the Mobile, Alabama Area after retiring and, when not teaching, enjoys tinkering at his home and spending time with family. An avid auto enthusiast, 1SG Lyttle enjoys high speed driving, reading auto-related materials and personal customizing of his vehicles.
